Fattoria Batani: Zero Miles taste
La “Fattoria Batani” was established over 20 years ago, by entrepreneur Antonio Batani and his family to offer guests at their hotels natural and guaranteed products. The great idea was therefore to start producing their own vegetables and fruit through a non-intensive and natural agricultural approach following the seasons.
The farm, set in the inland area around Cesena covers an area of approx. 150 acres, producing most part of the raw materials used in the kitchens of our restaurants. Delivery within a few hours from harvesting guarantees fresh and flavoursome ingredients.
